We only use premium paint from the major brands of your choice (e.g. Taubmans, Resene, Dulux, Wattyl, Solver). Body Corporates come in all shapes and sizes and therefore it is near impossible to give a price estimate. Our estimators need to come and view each individual property to take into account the state of the building, take measurements and ensure other trades aren’t needed prior to the painting being applied. As a very rough guide we say a regular six pack block of units to paint externally would start at $10,000. However, each block is so unique and has different features that can affect the overall cost of a paint job.
