Asgar did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our home! He worked tirelessly and was very helpful in choosing colours.The Project Manager Paul was also exceptional. Rochele are an integral part of my sizeable home renovations - so far they have rejuvenated the full exterior, and one of three interior levels. I am so happy that the work lives up to their brand "Prompt and Professional" - the painters have done work to the highest standard, and have been polite, tidy, and trustworthy in my home. We had not dealt with house painting for decades and chose Rochele because of seeing them around the neighbourhood.Right from booking an estimator to signing off on completion of a first time full interior repaint of a 30 year old townhouse things went seamlessly.A special mention though, goes to the man at the coalface - Mark the painter.Mark works well with the situation he has and adapts quickly to changing circumstances. He is the no fuss can do person.We have a further job already booked with Rochele in 2024 and would like Mark for that one as well.Penny and Rob. Carindale.

Our Body Corporate Committee engaged Rochele to repair and repaint our complex of 7 town houses. This was a major project which involved crack and render repairs and repaint of the entire complex including the roof, fences and retaining walls. From start to finish Rochele was friendly, professional and organised. Estimate and Contractual documentation was easy to understand. If we had any questions they were always available and happy to discuss.The actual work took 3 weeks. We were assigned a Project Manager (Shaun) along with a team for the roof and a team for all the rest. Shaun was great. He kept in constant contact with us and made sure we were satisfied our requirements were being met and that we were happy.Both site foremen Joseph (roof) and Marcelo (the rest) were very considerate and kept disruption to a minimum. The site was kept clean and tidy. Both Joseph and Marcelo’s teams were incredible. The quality of their work was the highest standard. Marcelo in particular made extra efforts to make sure everything was perfect for us. We were very lucky to have him and his team assigned to our project.Our complex looks amazing now.Would we recommend Rochele? - Absolutely.

Manuel, Paul and the team (Andrew and Baker) were always on time for the day, if not early making it very seamless. They asked me if they were unsure about anything, including colour decisions despite me having signed the colour off meaning we made a couple changes we were really happy with. They assisted promptly with any concerns I had or questions. I was heavily pregnant at the time too and they were always so kind with trying to help with what I may need that wasn't what I was paying them for e.g. taking groceries inside, my suitcase down the stairs or making sure the windows could be closed for the aircon. They even gave me advice on repainting the screen doors that we were going to pay to replace with another colour.

My name is Peter Allen, I’ve been living here with my wife Jan for 25 years in Albany Creek in Brisbane and we love it. Previously, the house had all wooden features, all the doors were a dark greeny colour, the stairs were all wood, the balustrade were a dark wood, the kitchen was Tazzie oak and our children kept coming in and saying you gotta do something with this mum and dad its so old but we loved it. So we eventually bit the bullet and decided we would get someone in to give us some ideas.

Jan was really happy. Oh, living here now its like we went and bought a whole new house. If Jan was here she just walks around stops and just stares at different rooms and we both say to each other why did we wait so long we are just so happy because it just looks brand new. We were thinking of moving but now we’ve got our new home. We even painted the garage (laughing) so there you go, I even got a new boys room. This is our garage and we were so happy with what they were doing inside the house with Rochele we said how about you fix up all the holes and dirt. It was just a crappy place to work and now I come out here and work and I’ve put up some of my favourite posters and just different things that makes it feel like my part of the house now cos it was just an absolute terror so repainted it looks great. Yeah, very happy. I would recommend Rochele, they are fantastic as I said the guys doing the job were just like there was someone from the family painting behind you. So very good. Go with Rochele.

My name is Linda Kerr, and I am the company secretary and site manager for Torbreck Home Units Ltd., which is a residential apartment block heritage listed in Brisbane. She’s a beautiful old girl’ she’s solid and she is magnificent and she is quirky and she has brilliant, brilliant residents living here. We try and keep them all happy and look after their investment because primarily, it’s their home.

Rochele have done a number of different jobs for us. They have painted the observatory that we are standing in, inside-outside, they have painted all of the outsides of both our tower block and garden block buildings. And most recently they have refurbished all the corridors in the tower block from ground floor level up to level thirteen. We did the colour selection through our board. They have done an awesome job. The boys were efficient, polite, incredibly organised, and didn’t inconvenience anybody. They were just brilliant; can’t highly recommend them enough, they were wonderful.

The residents do; they love the job that has been completed by Rochele – its perfect. I would definitely recommend Rochele for building managers, even for homes; brilliant.

My name is Scoff Gaffney I’m the building manager at River Reach in Bulimba. We went through a normal competitive tendering process and we had a criteria of the usual price, quality, experience, Rochele was the standout and we selected them.

A project of this size comes with a lot of trepidation. You’ve got painters onsite, you’ve got a lot of tenants, residents and the experience for me was really exceptional but what I found was Rochele focused on quality: not just the quality of the paint job, but the experience that the residents had with the painters and through the process. For me it was that attention to detail coupled with the human element that really made Rochele excellent. I definitely would recommend them in fact to demonstrate that I have a second building which was the same size and we went with Rochele again. Mainly because of that experience and the human element that they brought to the project I’d highly recommend them
