No idea what professionalism is. Entered my property through side gate to clean a neighbours house for painting without notifying or even knocking. Particularly concerning as I have two dogs and none of the 4 workers standing around seemed to bother.All the main guy who looked in charge had to say was 'sorry, we thought everyone knew'. Sidenote not everyone in our complex has this mob painting for them and even my neighbour who is getting her house painted by them had no idea they were coming to clean the houses today, let alone the time so didn't have advanced warning either so she could close her windows.Pathetic when they don't even understand idea of knoocking a door or asking to be on neighbouring properties.Don't use these cowboys. Haven't even mentioned the quote they provided either.Update following review response. Can't even get a simple detail as my name right so communication is the least of your worries as painters when you've got no attention to detail or care in doing your job properly.Trying to pass the blame onto onsite managers is also lazy and pathetic when your employees should be getting permission to enter properties that are not involved with work you are doing. It's called trespassing and is as simple as knocking a door if any of you or your team had the basic amount of common courtesy or professionalism - again when dogs are located on a property.

We had not dealt with house painting for decades and chose Rochele because of seeing them around the neighbourhood.Right from booking an estimator to signing off on completion of a first time full interior repaint of a 30 year old townhouse things went seamlessly.A special mention though, goes to the man at the coalface - Mark the painter.Mark works well with the situation he has and adapts quickly to changing circumstances. He is the no fuss can do person.We have a further job already booked with Rochele in 2024 and would like Mark for that one as well.Penny and Rob. Carindale.

Our Body Corporate Committee engaged Rochele to repair and repaint our complex of 7 town houses. This was a major project which involved crack and render repairs and repaint of the entire complex including the roof, fences and retaining walls. From start to finish Rochele was friendly, professional and organised. Estimate and Contractual documentation was easy to understand. If we had any questions they were always available and happy to discuss.The actual work took 3 weeks. We were assigned a Project Manager (Shaun) along with a team for the roof and a team for all the rest. Shaun was great. He kept in constant contact with us and made sure we were satisfied our requirements were being met and that we were happy.Both site foremen Joseph (roof) and Marcelo (the rest) were very considerate and kept disruption to a minimum. The site was kept clean and tidy. Both Joseph and Marcelo’s teams were incredible. The quality of their work was the highest standard. Marcelo in particular made extra efforts to make sure everything was perfect for us. We were very lucky to have him and his team assigned to our project.Our complex looks amazing now.Would we recommend Rochele? - Absolutely.

Manuel, Paul and the team (Andrew and Baker) were always on time for the day, if not early making it very seamless. They asked me if they were unsure about anything, including colour decisions despite me having signed the colour off meaning we made a couple changes we were really happy with. They assisted promptly with any concerns I had or questions. I was heavily pregnant at the time too and they were always so kind with trying to help with what I may need that wasn't what I was paying them for e.g. taking groceries inside, my suitcase down the stairs or making sure the windows could be closed for the aircon. They even gave me advice on repainting the screen doors that we were going to pay to replace with another colour.

After being in my house now since 2013, it was time to make it my home. A lovely man called Sam has been doing the painting at my Mum’s unit ( who is 89 ) for the last 3 days and he has been really FANTASTIC . He is doing a beautiful and precise job and is just lovely to have in the home. He has made my Mum ( who has very early stage dementia) extremely comfortable and is also so real and kind to her ! I would recommend Rochele Painters to everyone who wanted a really good painting job done ,with no worry at all .UPDATE : August 2023Rochele Painters came back to my Mums ( now 91) and so kindly sent Sam back to finish the job and paint the two bedrooms ( our original Painter) .I cannot say enough good things about Rochele Painters, from the staff in the office who were always delightful, to Sam our painter and Shaun who inspected the site …. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Truely 6 stars - lovely people and excellent painting. Engaged Rochele for an interior paint job. The price was certainly not the cheapest, but the quote process seemed professional and by extension I assumed the service would be as well. We moved out of home for 2 weeks to give the painters freedom to work unhindered. The prep work was extensive, the painting meticulous, the project manager’s follow up was regular and professional. Upon moving back home there was the initial disappointment of the ‘clean up’. It was rough, dust was still everywhere, rubbish was left on the floors – it was a building site clean up rather than an occupied domestic home cleanup. Feeling a little miffed owing to the amount we paid to cop that was disappointing, but I was still happy with the work and was going to overlook it… but then my heart sank. The top layer of varnish on the polished timber floors had been lifted along its entire perimeter. This affected the total upstairs floor. The prep tape, when removed, lifted the floor topcoat along the skirting. It looked awful. The Rochele PM was very professional. He attended our home quickly, was very apologetic, we discussed possible causes, he organized a timber floor company to attend and give advice. The only solution was to sand back the entire floor and recoat with 3 layers of clear coat. We would have to remove all our furniture from the timber floor level, cover everything in the floor below and move out of home for another week and a half. It was suggested that my floor may not have been sanded effectively along the skirting, so the clear coat lifted off along the edges when the tape was pulled up. Considering there was no damage to the floor after 12 years prior to the tape going down, I was dubious, however I wanted the floor repaired as quickly as was possible. I put it to Rochele that I would prep my home, move out at my cost and meet half the floor repair costs. The Rochele PM was delighted with my reasonable suggestion. He approached his management… and that is when the Rochele professionalism went down the toilet. They refused. Offered that they would touch up the skirting. I was then told I had to claim through their insurer. They would then repatriate their losses from the painter – who was an individual contractor. That was when I learnt that Rochele is just a project management company for painting contractors. Once something goes wrong, they immediately disown responsibility and put it on the individual contractor. Knowing that a claim with their insurer would likely result in a long delay by time my floor was repaired… I elected to cop it. Thankyou Rochele for the $8.5k extra cost and weeks of disruption. But for a terrible clean up, the ruined floor and inflexible, uncaring management – I highly recommend them. But seriously, save the overheads and go directly with the little guys. Even if the job goes bad, it will still be cheaper in the end.After a little research, I learnt the tape they used is not recommended for being on a timber floor and not to be applied longer than a certain time. The tape was on our floor for a period much longer than was recommended.Thankfully the timber floor guy was brilliant.

Very average service. Poor internal communication as we got all gloss instead of the semi gloss I requested. Painter was only doing apparently what he was told to do, which was to do just a “clean up job” which I never agreed to with the estimator so don’t know how that come about. Average prep work carried out resulting in poor finishing, very heavy visible brush marks on timber trims. Site Supervisor Josh attended after my request and agreed to have all my concerns addressed then when the painter returned to rectify he had no idea the extent and basically the Supervisor said he never agreed to it all pretty much calling me a liar then didn’t bother to answer my calls or return a call. I know it’s an old house and never did I expect the finish to look like a brand new home but it definitely could have been better. A final inspection was never carried out, painter done what he done and the bill got sent. Not the greatest experience, definitely weren’t the cheapest either and will be looking elsewhere for any future works. Side note, Plasterer was great and done a very clean job.

Just had both sides of my new sand rendered fence painted by Garry and his team from Rochelle. Nearly 2 m tall and 41 m long. Three coats of paint in less than two days! Beautiful job at a very good price. Looks amazing 👏 So good I am getting them back to repaint inside my home! 😊

Rochele's were not the cheapest quote we received. In fact it was considerably more expensive than the others sourced. However, we were very impressed with Neil's detailed and sophisticated quote & presentation system that gave us confidence he had listened to our needs and concerns, documented them well and had our best interests at heart. When Manoli's painting team came on site, it was immediately evident that we had spent our money wisely! We felt having a Project Manager allocated to our job, was an important success ingredient! John visited our site regularly, kept in touch by phone when necessary and documented progress photographically that was shared with us via their Timeline facility, helped ensure any issues or concerns we had were ironed out well before they became a problem. Dealing with the Rochele Painting accounts department was always a pleasure. They were courteous and supportive when it came to some changes required in the job, resulting in the overall project cost going down. We are very happy with the final project outcome and would happily use their services again.

I think the true measure of excellent service is how a company responds when things go wrong. We had some difficulties at the start of our painting process (not Rochele's fault), and the project manager John came in, listened, and sorted everything. He sent us Sam to take over the job, and Sam was brilliant. He was part of our family for two weeks (or at least the cats thought he was); always prompt, always listening and responsive, and was a perfectionist in his work. We actually missed him when he finished. We couldn't be more happy with our experience with both John and Sam. Highly recommend using this company if this is the calibre of their employees.

We had great service and communications from the start to finish of our house painting project with Rochele’s. Our post war, high-set 3 bedroom house was past due for a repaint and the hot (and high) west wall needed extensive sanding and prepping before any painting could start.We found painters based on Google reviews and asked them for quotes. The quote from Rochele’s included using Dulux as our preferred paint and was easily the best we received. It saved us thousands.They came out and discussed our expectations before submitting their quote. They were happy and quick to respond to some additional questions we asked and this efficiency and clear communications continued throughout the project.The 3 person painting team arrived on the day and time agreed to; as did Patrick the supervisor who was regularly on-site and also available any time we wanted an update. The painting team were consistently cheerful and diligent as they went about the preparation, priming and painting. They consciously kept the gates shut so our dog didn’t escape from the yard and covered everything that needed protecting.Their excellent preparation process had our weatherboards all smooth and primed before they started on the paint job proper. We were pleased it was them working so willingly during the heat of summer and not us. When the top coats were applied they were thorough in making sure everything was well covered and nothing was missed.The end result was fantastic. About a week after they first arrived on-site, the house was finished and looking great. Patrick came out for a final inspection and to make sure we were satisfied with the work done before the final invoice was issued. We willingly paid for the work done as we couldn’t be happier with the results and we were also very pleased Rochele’s overall service and support.

We are renovating our 100 year old Queenslander. It's a beautiful place, but like any property of this age, has a lot of strange quirks, like mismatched wood, and VJs that have seen better days. We decided to get both interior and exterior fully painted by Rochele, and the job has been done by Manoli and his team.From the get go Manoli and his skilled painters have been enthusiastic, professional, and diligent. It is a big job, with a lot of fiddly work (e.g., architraves around exposed brick, cornice work etc). There is new cabinetry which needs to be mixed in with the old, and the paint is really what we were relying on to do it. Manoli's team's attention to detail has been absolutely exceptional. They care deeply about every corner and edge, and worked hard to make sure that our once dilapidated VJs were patched to allow for a clean, smooth paint. I am blown away by the job that Rochele did and would happily recommend them to anyone. I cannot emphasise what a difference a wonderful paint job makes - it brings the whole house together.

Morteza and his crew rocked! After 35 years of tin clad house.. we are finding it hard to believe .. wow is this our house. Tin removed and building work done before Morteza and his team rocked up! Now painted this QLD 50’s girl is restored externally to be a shape of her former self. The neighbours love it as they have seen nothing but tin cladding!Morteza and his bro’s were awesome. As an absent landlord, I needed a professional, reliable painter to complete the renovation of our rental property. Rochele were fantastic. I used the services of their colour consultant to choose from the ridiculous myriad of 'white' options and was expertly guided (and thrilled with the results). The gentlemen who came to paint the property were polite, efficient, attentive and fast. They left the property cleaner than how they found it (gave the bedroom carpets the once-over!) but it was the quality of their work that impressed me the most. They also painted the walls of my underground garage - a dirty, horrible job - to perfection. Cannot recommend more highly, and in fact, the test to me is, would I use Rochele on the Sunshine Coast again, and the answer would be yes in a heartbeat.

This is my second post less than three years after the job.Two and a half years ago we had Rochele Painting paint the second story, exterior of our weatherboard house in Brisbane.Initially we were very happy with the job they did. However, recently, less than two years later, we discovered an area up high that had bare timber showing with paint bubbles along the weatherboards and cracks between the windows and walls.I contacted Rochele with photos and a description of what we had found. Their initial response from the Business Manager was "...we could send one of our estimators out to site, we could provide a fair quote for repairing and repainting this wall."So, they did acknowledge that the wall required repair and repainting.After some time a representative came to look and after a week or two we were notified that they would only repair if we were willing to pay.I am very disappointed in their attitude. They have many good reviews and in fact most of our house had been painted well. I can only assume that they were behind schedule or some other situation that required a quick job up high where we may never see the result.I have included some photos - Their quote specified; Fill all cracks, scrape/sand to remove loose and flaking paint, spot undercoat filler and bare surfaces using exterior oil based undercoat, apply two coats of premium exterior acrylic with UV protection. Compare the photos below with their promised specs.I would not recommend Rochele painting as they are not willing to rectify the part of a job that was not done properly.

Louie & Antony were absolutely AMAZING! I don't know how they did it, but, Markus, Harbi and Mohammad made the experience of having the interior of our house painted, pleasant. Over the course of two weeks, they arrived on time and always with a smile on their face. Their work was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. Patrick, the Rochele supervisor dropped in every couple of days to ensure everything was going to plan. I have no hesitation in recommending the three guys to anyone.

We have used Rochele Painting twice now and both times been extremely happy with the professional, friendly and prompt service. Once 13 months ago prior to us moving into our new home we had them completely repaint the whole house internally and a feature outside and again recently to touch up damage from other installer's at our home who did some damage to our walls. We highly recommend them to anyone needing major or minor works done at their home. Their pricing is fantastic and affordable also.

Our interior team manager Naldi and his team were very professional and provided a high standard of workmanship throughout the project.
They were punctual and were very helpful and approachable, nothing was too hard.
Our exterior painter Mark( the Irishman) was also very helpful and professional in the work that he did to our exterior of our home.
Our home now after the work done by our teams from Rochele look fresh and new to which my wife is very pleased with her project of uplifting our home.
If you are considering painting your home either internally /externally or both I would highly recommend Rochele.

No one turned up, I rang Tim the supervisor he wasn’t aware the job.
Really poor effort in customer service I will not book this company again. Plus I wanted get additional work later down the track.

Incredibly professional service, great advice and attention to detail. I can't thank Markus, Harvey and the apprentices enough for their hard work on our difficult job. My house has never looked better and I have no hesitation in recommending their top quality work.

We have used other painting companies before and their workmanship simply does not compare. Corners were cut during surface preparation and a number of areas did not receive the required number of coats.

In contrast, Markus was meticulous in the manner in which he managed our job. He kept me informed about the team's plan for each day and we managed to satisfactorily negotiate any problems that cropped up very easily. Harvey worked incredibly hard throughout the entirety of the project, as did the apprentices.

The whole team, including the administration and the project manager, was courteous and obliging.

Wow... Matty and his team just finished painting our entire complex in Nundah and... what a GREAT JOB guys!! The entire team were polite, respectful, helpful, had great attention to detail, helped move items, cared about the small things, and were very, very patient in helping us to get the right colours (yea yea I got there eventually LOL 😀). The team in office were also always helpful and polite... and the quote was very competitive!!! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Matty & his team, and Rochele the company. Our job is due for completion tomorrow but I’m so impressed with the guys that have painted the interior of our home over 4 days I’m commenting early!
I’ve enjoyed the banter, the radio playing softly upstairs and the occasional break out of singing!
Lovely gents who check in with you along the way, and ensure you’re happy with what you’re paying for.
Yes, it’s not cheap (although they compared favourably amongst the other quotes we received).
Yes, there’s a mess! To be expected!
Yes, you’ll be put out for a few days!
But I’d get these guys to do stage 2 & 3 in a heartbeat!

We could not be happier with our choice of Rochele Painting to paint the interior of our new home. With the arrival of our first child just weeks away, we were working with a very strict deadline! Every member of the Rochele team were just wonderful in getting the job completed and we are so happy with the result. The whole team were prompt, professional, friendly and very helpful. We could always speak with someone over phone or email, our lovely colour consultant helped us pick the perfect colours and the painting team were fantastic, putting our lounge room furniture back in place at the end of each day and keeping everything clean and tidy. We definitely recommend Rochele Painting and will be using them again when it comes time to paint our remaining rooms!

They were terrible. We had heaps of defects and the work was poor. I recently trimmed a hedge to find that they had painted the fence to the hedge and stopped. Windows were stuck closed, drips were everywhere and they got paint on furniture and linen and were completely unapologetic about it. I would never use them ever again.

Once again these guys did an awesome job, this time on the interior of the house. Nick and his team of painters were great! Their prep work was over and above what we expected and the finished coats look amazing plus it was a large job with high cathedral ceilings. Since my husband and I are working long hours they happily moved very heavy furniture for us, refitted all door handles, blinds and curtains, locked the house securely each day and still managed to finish in the time framed quoted. The house was very clean afterwards as they tediously removed all traces of little paint flicks too. Well done, Nick, Charley and Norbett and thank you.

We have just had the team from Rochele painting come and give our apartment block a makeover and what a makeover it has had fantastic.
Nothing was to much trouble and they worked really well with owners and tenants to get our block painted.

Throughout the whole process of having our home painted, the team at Rochele Painting were professional, reliable and friendly. I found the quote very reasonable and the team was able to deliver a flawless paint job in a short period of time.

We had Rochele provide us colour consulting services, and paint our house inside and out. The end result was a complete transformation of our property. Our house is a 1920s Queenslander, and the paint completely rejuvenated it.
