Floor Painting
We specialise in floor painting whether it is your commercial premises or your residential property. The most common type of floor painting we do are garage and warehouse floors however we have done production areas, lunchrooms, laboratories and support offices. A specialised floor painting we provide is epoxy floor painting.
We are also able to update the floors in your home by delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring a functional, beautiful finish which matches your specific requirements. Typically we offer our floor painting services for concrete, block paving, indoor and outdoor surfaces. The floor paint we use has specific properties to guarantee the best finish and end result.

There is no hard and fast rule for this. We say it is best to do it at a time that suits you i.e. before moving into a property.
We paint most floor materials excluding tiles.
ROCHELE® can typically work within your preferred start times. Just let us know what timeframe would best suit your project and we will do our best to make our schedule fit in with yours.
We do. Sometimes we can’t get access to a property or it’s in between owners. We just need plans, measurements and photos if possible to ensure an accurate quotation. Onsite quoting is our preferred method.
2 years is the standard period. However, you can contact ROCHELE® at any time if you have concerns or queries about the job we’ve done on your property.

- Choice of quality brands – We will advise you on the best type of paint or stain for your outdoor floor or deck but give you the final say on which quality brand you’d prefer to use
- Detailed preparation – We’ll bang any lose nails in again, remove all mould, repair damage and sand back the existing surface if necessary so we can create the best possible finish
We treat your house like the home it is, not a work site – We realise while your house is getting painted you also need to get ready for work, look after your kids and have dinner on the table so we’ll work with you to keep your home clean, tidy and functional during its makeover.
Supervised work. A QBCC licensed supervisor oversees all work for quality control.
Our process:
- Thorough cleaning – Water blasting your deck or outdoor floor prior to painting or staining is not only necessary to ensure dirt and debris doesn’t prevent proper adhesion, it’ll also open up the surface so it’ll absorb the stain better
- Protection of your home and garden – If there’s any risk of stain or paint damaging your home or garden we’ll cover and tape it off to protect it
- UV sealing – Giving your deck extra protection from the harsh Queensland sun will result in a longer-lasting finish that won’t need to be resealed so frequently
We’ll leave your spruced-up deck, floor or outdoor area clean and remove all rubbish from your home so you’re all ready to barbecue
While all our work is supervised by a QBCC licensed professional, they’ll also complete a quality check once we’ve finished painting or staining your floor or deck. Once we’re satisfied, we’ll also ask you to inspect our work to make sure you’re 100% happy.
We’ll also provide:
- Prompt clean up and rubbish removal at the end of the job.
- A small tub of matching stain and/or paint to make touch-ups, additions or re-coating easy.
