Project Completion

Once you are happy with the result, we will pack up our equipment and clean up after ourselves. Our onsite Foreman will go over the finished project with you, and our Project Manager will arrange a final inspection. We’ll check in to make sure you are happy with the project and collect feedback for any finishing touches.

How long does roof painting take?
Our team of experts are here to make painting the inside of your home easy! Our estimators can come out to you or it can be a virtual meeting etc.
You will receive your quote the day of quoting and if you wish to accept it is all done electronically where you can sign off and state your preferred start date.

- Colour consultation – Whether you want to match your current colour or are looking to update, our colour consultants will help you find the perfect roof colour
- Water damage repair – Not only can we clean and repaint your roof, if there’s been any water damage, our team can repair it as part of our complete service
We know you’re busy. It’s of utmost importance to us to set firm appointments and stick to our scheduling so you don’t have your valuable time wasted.
We schedule and plan all our jobs in line with your preferred time frames and do our best to accommodate everyone’s unique requests.
We provide:

We treat your house like the home it is, not a work site – We realise while your house is getting painted you also need to get ready for work, look after your kids and have dinner on the table so we’ll work with you to keep your home clean, tidy and functional during its makeover.
Supervised work. A QBCC licensed supervisor oversees all work for quality control.
What you can expect:
- Thorough cleaning – Thorough cleaning is required to prevent fresh paint from premature flaking. This usually involves water blasting your roof to remove lichen and plant matter
- Detailed preparation – Any damaged tiles, iron and mortar will be replaced, flaked paint will be removed and any uncoated metal will be primed.
- Sealing – If your tiled roof has lost its colour, we’ll apply a fresh coat of sealer to restore its weather tightness
- Careful application of paint – Roof and gutter paint is applied with an airless spray gun for a smooth and even application
Upon completion, our QBCC licensed supervisor will inspect your freshly painted roof and gutters. You’ll also be given the opportunity to check over our work and request any touch ups you feel are necessary.
We’ll also provide:
- Cleaning – Once your roof and gutters are freshly painted we’ll remove all rubbish and equipment from your home so you can enjoy
- Paint Sample – We’ll also leave you with a small pot of matching paint in case you ever need it.
