Dominic was amazing! He worked like trojan to finish the job ahead of schedule and addressed each one of our questions, all with a pleasant and polite manner. Our job required the removal of wallpaper - lots of it!! Another painter told me to paint over it or use a textured paint, which was not ideal. But with Rochele and Dominic we didn't have to make that compromise. The attention to detail was excellent and we were so pleased with the result.

Rochelle have now completed the external painting of our block of four townhouses through our Body Corp. Very pleased with the overall job. Excellent attention to detail and excellent communication throughout the job. There were a couple of hick-ups with maintaining painters on site due to sickness and family issues which was then exasperated by a few wet weather days. But time was made up in a professional manner to finish the job in an acceptable time frame. Special mention to Johnathan who soldiered away on every available day, with many days by himself. He was efficient, with work of high quality and very communicative. He held the job together and was quick to rectify any issues on site as required. Also thanks to Fellipe the Project Manager who visited site regularly and was always willing to listen and act on any concerns. Thanks Rochelle.

Body corporate hired these guys to paint our complex. On leaveing the property they left the gate unsecured and subsequently our toddler got out and ran down the street. Thank God a neighbour and some other painters working on a neighbouring property found her.After a near breakdown thinking she had been abducted we reported this incident to Head office. The Project Manager attended and was very apologetic.Today they returned to continue the job and we returned home to discover they had left the gate open AGAIN. This kind of repeated negligence is disgusting and unacceptable.

For the interior work, Matt and his crew were very detail oriented, worked quickly and effectively, and in general fantastic to deal with. Rochele have had the task of painting the interior of our house that is a combination of old (60+ years brick) and new (30 years). Manoli, Patrick and Alastair have all be great to work with. They have been professional, good with communications and organised. Manoli and his team have had the lions share of the work and has been proactive with solutions and options (thank you for that great adjustment at the entrance). Manoli has an eye for detail and makes adjustments as needed that has enabled our confidence in the work. Being an older house, the nature of the work has been challenging in areas and they have all met those challenges and we are happy with their pursuit of a quality product. Worst prep work I have ever witnessed and painted over rust with no rust proof primer.Lasted about a year and rust came through. This review relates to a reasonably large project at my home which commenced in September 2022.In the end, a good outcome, however initially there were big problems with the subcontractors who were engaged by them. Without going into detail, from day one and for the first month or two afterwards I had continuing grave concerns with the workmanship, skill and disgraceful conduct on site by the subcontractors who were sent. Not to mention a revolving door of substandard painters from the subcontracted firm and Rochele taking way too long to appropriately respond to my concerns .In the end, and after a number of site meetings and many weeks of stress and disappointment for me I reached an agreement with the Project Manager Patrick that the whole subcontracted team be removed from my property and skilled tradesmen brought in to rectify the problems and finish the job. I believe that as a result this particular subcontracting firm lost their contract with Rochele and are no longer used by them.I must give a big thank you to Dominic and his apprentice son Marley, who are the painters that Rochele sent to re-do / rectify the substandard work and complete the job. Absolutely meticulous, professional craftsmanship would be an understatement of Dominic's work, as well as that done by Marley under Dominic's watchful eye. It's true to say that in my opinion Dominic saved this job from being an utter catastrophe, and three of the four stars I've given for this review must belong to him. Thanks must also go to PM Patrick for making sure that all of my concerns and problems were eventually rectified to my satisfaction, and beyond in some cases.In the end I can recommend Rochele, as they did make good on their promise to rectify any issues that came up. I would say however, if you were to use them, be vigilant in keeping an eye on things yourself, make sure to take careful note of any issues encountered, speak up and stick to your guns if you're not satisfied.

Wow. What a great experience. I've had a few painting contractors over the years but our experience with Aldi and his team at Rochelle is by far the best. We had the outside of our 6 townhouse complex painted recently. It's a big job. We found the quality of workmanship excellent, the attention to detail excellent. The tradespeople were courteous, polite and respectful of our homes. The site was left cleaner than when they started. The team even had it fine ahead of schedule despite rain interrupting work. They even trimmed away the weeds growing in the driveway edges for a polished finish. I would be happy to recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We recently had the whole interior (including kitchen cabinets) painted in our new place. Every room was a different colour-red, orange, pink, blue! Because we purchased this in late December and was planning to relocate down from up North in late January (with 2 toddlers), we needed it urgently painted. Rochele was nothing but amazing from our first contact. They managed to book us in with short notice and have the whole interior painted before our move in date. Shaun Buckley our project manager was so polite, helpful and kept us up to date almost everyday. Dom the painter was also very helpful, very experienced and knowledgeable and he has done a fantastic job (especially on the kitchen cabinets)! Have just had my house painted inside and out. We are so pleased with the end result. Mark, our painter, was amazing. He was so hard working - he never stopped. Stuart and the boys did an excellent job on our new office. Great communiation, I always knew what was going on and what was coming up next. The guys showed up on time every day and the attention to detail with the work was exemplary. As an absent landlord, I needed a professional, reliable painter to complete the renovation of our rental property. Rochele were fantastic. I used the services of their colour consultant to choose from the ridiculous myriad of 'white' options and was expertly guided (and thrilled with the results). The gentlemen who came to paint the property were polite, efficient, attentive and fast. They left the property cleaner than how they found it (gave the bedroom carpets the once-over!) but it was the quality of their work that impressed me the most. They also painted the walls of my underground garage - a dirty, horrible job - to perfection. Cannot recommend more highly, and in fact, the test to me is, would I use Rochele on the Sunshine Coast again, and the answer would be yes in a heartbeat.

I don't know how they did it, but, Markus, Harbi and Mohammad made the experience of having the interior of our house painted, pleasant. Over the course of two weeks, they arrived on time and always with a smile on their face. Their work was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. Patrick, the Rochele supervisor dropped in every couple of days to ensure everything was going to plan. I have no hesitation in recommending the three guys to anyone.

We have used Rochele Painting twice now and both times been extremely happy with the professional, friendly and prompt service. Once 13 months ago prior to us moving into our new home we had them completely repaint the whole house internally and a feature outside and again recently to touch up damage from other installer's at our home who did some damage to our walls. We highly recommend them to anyone needing major or minor works done at their home. Their pricing is fantastic and affordable also.

I booked a job well over a month in advance to have our garage doors painted. Had good follow up in with emails letting me know someone will be here at 7.30am.
No one turned up, I rang Tim the supervisor he wasn’t aware the job.
Really poor effort in customer service I will not book this company again. Plus I wanted get additional work later down the track.
So disappointed when they came recommended from my neighbour.

Incredibly professional service, great advice and attention to detail. I can't thank Markus, Harvey and the apprentices enough for their hard work on our difficult job. My house has never looked better and I have no hesitation in recommending their top quality work.

We have used other painting companies before and their workmanship simply does not compare. Corners were cut during surface preparation and a number of areas did not receive the required number of coats.

In contrast, Markus was meticulous in the manner in which he managed our job. He kept me informed about the team's plan for each day and we managed to satisfactorily negotiate any problems that cropped up very easily. Harvey worked incredibly hard throughout the entirety of the project, as did the apprentices.

The whole team, including the administration and the project manager, was courteous and obliging.

They were terrible. We had heaps of defects and the work was poor. I recently trimmed a hedge to find that they had painted the fence to the hedge and stopped. Windows were stuck closed, drips were everywhere and they got paint on furniture and linen and were completely unapologetic about it. I would never use them ever again.
