Access equipment was required for both the interior and exterior where mobile scaffolds were used to access hard to reach areas and ensure a good finish in these areas.

On the exterior there was a lot of natural timber that was quite heavily weather damaged. Queensland homes get exposed to very harsh weather conditions and therefore finishes such as timber get extremely affected by this. We were so happy with the outcome of this weathered timbered.  As you can see after a decent sand and good quality timber varnishes applied this timber scrubbed up beautifully.

In total this project took approximately 3-4 weeks to complete with the few rainy days during the process. This is a project both ourselves and client were extremely happy with.
