Orange Sky is a charity which provides a platform for every day Australians to connect through a regular laundry and shower service. The focus is on creating a safe, positive and supportive environment for people who are too often ignored or who feel disconnected from the community. Their volunteers are not social workers or experts on homelessness – they are empathetic listeners and great conversationalists. We are so excited to announce that we have teamed up with Orange Sky as our new charity partnership.
The Sudsy Challenge is Orange Sky’s major fundraiser for the year. This September, they are asking you not to change your clothes. Instead, keep your kit on for three days, have conversations about it, raise some funds along the way, and help change the way people experience homelessness. Through supporting The Sudsy Challenge it will ensure that people doing it tough have access to free laundry, warm showers and genuine conversation.
