The entire project was completed via abseil painting and it took a total of 12 weeks to complete. This timeframe also included two weeks of mandatory lockdown due to COVID and the property being an aged care facility.  Due to all work being done off the ropes for this project there were no overhead costs for scaffold and booms that laid dormant during these lockdown periods. Abseil painting is a very flexible and cost effective form of painting on projects of this size especially in instances of lockdowns.
