This Spring Hill body corporate received a complete exterior repaint. The property was accessed via abseil painting to ensure the project was completed efficiently and effectively. Rope access is one of the most effective means of painting if the property is suited to it. Throughout the duration of this project there were extreme weather events which hindered the progress and forcing the completion time out to 12 weeks. However, our highly professional and experienced commercial painting team managed to push through and deliver a project that they were extremely proud of with the highest quality.

We provided the body corporate with a colour consultant through Rochele Decorating. The new colour scheme really made an impact on the finished painting project and the complex now looks like new. A colour consultant makes the process of choosing colours so much easier especially when it is in a body corporate environment with so many decision makers. Having a professional suggest colours and then have a scheme which is clear on where each colour will go definitely makes the project run smoother.

In terms of products used the rendered exterior had Dulux Acrashield applied and the handrails received a three coat two pack weathermax system.
