Greenwich at New Farm was a body corporate that received an exterior makeover by our commercial painting team. Over 8 weeks the exterior of the complex received a new colour scheme, thanks to the help of Rochele Decorating. The new colour scheme really enhanced the buildings features and brought it into the modern world making the buildings street appeal very enticing.

Maintenance Plans and Commercial Properties
To access those hard to reach places scaffolding was used for this particular project. We are able to use all types of access equipment to suit your buildings requirements such as abseil, booms, lifts or scaffold. Given the size of this project and access areas scaffold was the chosen method.
This New Farm Body Corporate chose a three year repayment plan to suit their needs. Rochele offers their body corporate clients the option of repayment and maintenance plans to suit their sinking fund needs.
