Indooroopilly Maintenance

This Indooroopilly body corporate received a makeover by our commercial painting team. Over a 9 week timeframe our professional painters transformed this building with the assistance of Rochele Decorating who created a beautiful new colour scheme to make the most of this transformation.

To access all areas of this complex we used our abseil painters to ensure those hard to reach spots were perfected and this type of access was achievable due to anchor points installed on the roof of the building. We offer all types of access such as abseil, scaffold, booms and lifts however, it comes down to the accessibility of the building. Abseil is a great way to complete an exterior paint job on a tall building which creates minimal disturbance to any residents.

This body corporate chose our repayment plan scheme over 3 years which suited their requirements. We offer repayment and maintenance plans over 1-7 years to suit our body corporate client’s requirements.
