Rochele completed the exterior repaint of this Coorparoo Commercial Property. The client wanted the existing colours to be matched so no colour change was given, however with a new coat of paint on the deteriorated externals the building came up looking like new. Both Taubmans and Dulux products were used to achieve the repaint of this Coorparoo property and we managed to complete the exterior within two weeks.

There was some intricate lattice that was included in our scope of works which we also repainted. We come across quite a bit of lattice on our projects so know exactly how to repaint these intricate structures. We also provided pressure cleaning to parts of this project which cleaned areas that didn’t need a new coat of paint but were managed to be brought back to life with a good clean.

The signage on this Coorparoo property was also repainted by Rochele. We etch primed and painted the signage keeping the original colouring. This project went smoothly and the outcome was loved by all.
