This project included a full exterior spray out of all brick surfaces. It involved spraying and back-rolling the brick work. We have included the before images below to show the full extent of this transformation. Bricks, soffits and gutters were painted with Wattyl Solaguard in low sheen. The metal balustrade was painted in white knight rust guard acrylic satin.

During the process we applied a stipple texture coat on the stair stringers and entry walls. Access was from scaffolding and a diesel scissor lift.

It took 5 weeks from start to finish with unfortunately one week of rain causing delay in the progress.

Colours are lexicon full strength on all gutter, soffits, bricks and balustrade.

Fence, letterbox, garage doors, entry doors are in Blackwood Bay.

On completion of this project we had extremely happy clients and very proud painters.
