We provided a full external repaint of this Bribie Island Commercial retail outlet, completing the project within 4 weeks. As a fully tenanted retail outlet we were able to paint the entire exterior of the complex with minimal disruptions to the daily operation of each tenant. Maintenance Plans and Commercial Properties
Being a low set complex there wasn’t much access equipment required for this particular building, however we do offer all types of access equipment when needed such as abseil, scaffold, booms and lifts etc.
This Body Corporate client opted for repayment plan which allows us to complete the work straight up and receive payments over a particular timeframe. This client chose a 2 year repayment plan. We are able to offer our Body Corporate clients repayment and maintenance plans ranging from 1-7 years to suit their sinking fund requirements.
