Rochele are licenced painters completing licenced work. QBCC requires all projects over $3,000 + GST to be completed by a licensed painter and therefore this is our minimum charge.
Any of the following items are examples of a job over contract price requiring a licensed painter such as Rochele:
1 – 2 bedroom unit
22 doors and frames
68 metres of timber fence
34 Metres of balustrade
A lounge and dinning room with VJ walls
Walls to 6 offices
2 - 3 bedrooms in a standard house
