Guided by a professional management team here at ROCHELE®, we take pride in our commitment in providing customers with the highest level of maintenance painting in the industry. Our maintenance painters look after and maintain hotels, resorts, and body corporate properties, by providing two full coats in the first year and providing an ongoing tailored maintenance solution to match the property and budget. If, and when, any necessary work is identified, you’ll be able to use your predetermined allowance to fund it. Any unused portion will then be refunded at the end of the year.

Our maintenance painting plans
Our plans are clear and honest, written in plain English with no fine print. The maintenance painting plans allow a complex to be completely repainted today and paid over several years; additionally the plans: Ensure the overall appearance of the property is maintained
- Include 2 coats in the first year followed by annual inspection and reporting
- Provide a maintenance allowance to be used in any capacity
- Are fully tailored packages with various payment options
- Allow for cancellation of the contract at any time
- Allow for a refund maintenance allowance if unused
Our maintenance painting plans allow the property to be repainted now and then repaid in fixed equal payments spread from 6 months to 10 years.
