Originally constructed with bare brickwork, the property had a dated and somewhat industrial look. Our client was open to a bold recommendation from our team: to paint over the bricks entirely to achieve a clean, contemporary aesthetic. It was a big decision, but one that truly paid off.

Prior to this project, only a few areas of the building, such as trims and window frames, had ever been painted. Now, the entire exterior has been fully coated, giving it the look and feel of a brand-new building. The transformation has not only modernised the property but also added value and improved its street appeal dramatically.

The project took approximately four weeks to complete, handled by our professional commercial painting team. Given the height and scale of the building, high access painting was required, and our painters worked safely and efficiently using scaffolding throughout the project.
