Once you’ve signed off on your quote and documents, we’ll contact you to arrange a deposit and start date for your project. Usually, our painting team can be onsite within 2 weeks of sign off to start your project.

You’ll be kept in the loop for every step
Our teams will arrive at 7:30am on your chosen day, ready to start your project. We’ll work professionally through all aspects of the project as specified, taking extra care to prepare all surfaces for the best possible result. Your assigned Project Manager will arrange regular visits to ensure your project progresses as planned.
We’ll keep you in the loop with your project’s progress via your R.O.C.O project page.

Once you are happy with the result, we will pack up our equipment and clean up after ourselves. Our onsite Foreman will go over the finished project with you, and our Project Manager will arrange a final inspection. We’ll check in to make sure you’re happy before you sign off.

If requested, our painting tradesmen can use eco-friendly and low-VOC paints that are better for the environment and your health. We can advise you on the best type of product for your paint job, based on your preferences, budget, and the surface to be painted. We can also help you choose the right colour and finish for your project, using our colour consultation service.
Yes, we offer colour consultation for our painting projects. Our colour consultants are experts in choosing the right finishes for your home or business. They will visit your site and provide you with a personalised colour scheme that suits your style, budget, and environment. They will also provide you with colour samples and a digital preview of how your project will look.
As part of our services, ROCHELE® also prepares a surface by sanding/scraping it back to a hard surface. This helps to preserve and refresh your house interior or business exterior at the source.
We ensure quality and customer satisfaction for our painting jobs by using high-quality materials, skilled and experienced painters, and strict quality control measures.
